Facilities

The storing yards are over 20,000 sq. ft. in space, facilitated by a 10 ton overhead crane, with clear storage demarcations for various grades of steel, to ensure that there is no mix-up in material.

Additional facilities like heat treatment and machining of components can be outsourced and top quality finished product as per customer needs and satisfaction can be delivered.

Equipment

CUTTING MACHINES : Five fully automatic cutting machines which can cut up to 300mm, almost instantly.

LATHE MACHINE : Three conventional Lathe machines for rough turning operations.

LOGISTICS : With a 9T capacity TATA vehicle for timely delivery of material to our customers, apart from various fixed contractors for hire, logistics are just another part of our smooth operational processes.

Identification of Material

Each piece of steel is properly marked/identified by the original heat number and colour code, with the manufacturer’s detail, in punched or painted form. Steel without any manufacturer’s identification, are given special colour codes to avoid any mix-up.
