It was jointly invested and set up by Qingdao East Steel Tower Stock Co,. Ltd (Stock Code:002545) and Wuxi Huaxing East Electric Power Environmental Protection Investment Company Limited after it spun off its personnel and businesssegments in solid waste, biomass and other new energy environmental Protection.

Both of the company headquarters and R&D center are set up in Yanchuang Mansion of Wuxi Liyuan Development Zonein the area of Wuxi Industrial Design Center adjacent to the Turtle Head Isletand Liyuan Scenic Area ,which is a gathering area of Wuxi research & development design, regional headquarters, productive service industry, venture capital investment industry and other high-end modern service industries.

The company has a total production area of more than 2600 acres, boasting of anannual steel structure output of 600,000 tons due to its 4 production bases of Wuxi Equipment Manufacturing Center, Suzhou branch,Taizhou branch and Jiaozhou Equipment Manufacturing Center together with 4 large steel structure production bases belonging to its listed company in Jiaozhou City and Inner Mongolia.

Its businesses involve in the field of flue gas cleaning such as deSOx (deacidification), de DUST, de NOx(low temperature), fly ash conveying and stabilization and other areas. Its main products and technologies include Fixed Nozzle Spray process, Circulating Fluidized Bed process, Spray Dryer Absorber process, SNCR deNOx process, SCR deNoX process (including low temperature catalyst), wet (calcium) sodium scrubber process, flue gas white smoke removal process, flue gas conveying process and fly ash stabilization process.

The main principals of Huaxing East and East Steel Tower both graduated from Tongji University over the same period.
