Single Row Tube Advantages

Single Row tube features with a larger length-width ratio, which is advantageous for the separation between steam and condensate, thus it is with higher thermal performance. Under the same face velocity, the heat transfer performance of single roll tube will be 10% higher than the multi roll tube.

Single row tube has larger steam flow area; the pressure drop at steam side will be smaller than the multi row, so it can effectively control the condensate depression and oxygen level, thus it will reduce coal consumption and prevent corrosion inside tube.
