Welcome to Vihar Homestay nestled in the beatiful western ghats, Uttara Kannada district, Karnataka. Surrounded by mountains, river valleys and water falls. You can enjoy a comfortable stay at our spacious homestay surrounded by wilderness. We have two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a dormatory which can accommodate upto eight people.
Take a walk around the homestay, visit the host's house which has a collection of vintage coins and palm-leaf manuscripts of ancient works. You can also take home some honey, kashaya, jackfruit papad, kokam and other delicacies.
About The Stay
Traditional havyaka vegetarian food Traditional havyaka vegetarian food will be served from our own kitchen all day. Start your day with a healthy breakfast served with coffee or tea, lunch in the afternoon, local snacks and kashaya in the evening and dinner with local sweets for deserts. Take a walk around the homestay visit the host's house which has a collection of vintage coins and palm-leaf manuscripts of ancient works. You can also take home some honey, kashaya, jackfruit papad, kokam and other delicacies.
